LINAS PHILLIPS

A graduate of New York University's Experimental Theater Wing, Linas Phillips started out as a live performer of experimental theater and alternative comedy while living in New York City. Linas' day job for over 5 years was babysitting special needs kids, with whom he started making short videos.

After many years of performing comedy and experimental theater work in New York City Linas switched to making films in 2006. His first film, Walking To Werner, documenting his 1,200 mile walk from Seattle to LA to meet Werner Herzog, earned him a spot in Filmmaker Magazine's list of 25 New Faces in Independent Film. His third feature Bass Ackwards, which he wrote, acted in and directed, premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. Rainbow Time, Linas’s fourth feature premiered at the 2016 SXSW Film Festival and was bought and released by The Orchard. Recently he guest starred in an episode of Eastbound and Down (Season 4), Togetherness, and Twin Peaks. He also acted opposite Jay Duplass in writer/director J. Davis's Manson Family Vacation.

JOHNNY PEMBERTON

Johnny Pemberton is a comedian, actor, writer, mildly knowledgeable gardener, reggae enthusiast, and friend to both insects and mammals.

He is the voice of ‘Peanut’ on the Disney XD program Pickle and Peanut which begins it 2nd season October 2017. He can be seen in the films 21 Jump Street, 22 Jump Street, Neighbors 2, The Watch, Ant man, Band of Robbers, The 4th, Armando Iannucci's Oscar nominated film In the Loop, and the Paramount feature Action Point alongside Johnny Knoxville.

On Television he plays 'Bo' on NBC’s Superstore, 'Max' on season 4 of FXX's You’re the Worst and played "Alangulon, Son of Zorn" on the FOX series Son of Zorn produced by Lord & Miller. Johnny is a nationally touring comedian and host of the vanguard podcast Live to Tape on Feral Audio. Johnny attended Florida State University. He was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. He lives in Los Angeles.

MIKE EGAN - DIRECTOR

Mike Egan is a writer and director from Atlanta, Georgia. After almost a decade as an advertising copywriter, he fell into filmmaking backwards when he realized making narrative films was much more fun and not wildly different from making television commercials. In his advertising life, Mike helped put Ron Burgundy into a Dodge Durango, co-wrote Maserati’s first Super Bowl commercial, and concepted the award-winning music video for Portugal. The Man’s hit song “Feel It Still,” which has racked up over 166 million views. He lives with his girlfriend Amy, and two cats Mercutio and Phoenix in Portland, Oregon. Bronzed is his first film. 

Bobby Bukowski - Director of Photography

En route to medical school, Bukowski set his gaze upon more artistic endeavors. He left the United States for extensive travel in Europe and Asia. This adventure led to a job as photographer's assistant in Paris. Soon after, he was enlisted to archive a Tibetan Buddhist pilgrimage, led by the Dalai Lama, to all the sacred Buddhist sites along the Ganges River. This marked the first time he had a movie camera in his hand. Upon his return to the United States, he attended film education at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York.

Bobby has photographed dozens and of feature films and taught at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in Asia. The list of his notable films is long, but his most recent credits include the tv-series Gypsy and When We Rise as well as the films The Dinner, Time Out of Mind, 99 Homes, Rosewater, Infinity Polar Bear, The Iceman, Rampart, and The Messenger. His work can also be seen in the upcoming feature film JT Leroy, starring Laura Dern and Kristen Stewart.

SETH OLINSKY - COMPOSER

Seth Olinsky is an American musician and composer, best known as the guitarist, singer and founder of the influential underground rock band Akron/Family. He has toured world wide playing festivals such as Coachella, Primavera, and Roskilde, and has released records on Young God Records, Dead Oceans/Secretly Canadian, P-Vine, Joyful Noise, Crammed, and Lightning Records. He is also known for his multi-band orchestra piece Band Dialogue, and 40 drum performances alongside his rock n roll rebel persona Cy Dune. His large works have been performed at several festivals and museums including Hopscotch, SXSW, Treefort, Sled Island, Ecstatic, River to River, and MASS MoCA.

Seth also owns and operates a studio where he has brought his unique voice as a composer and modern take on producing music to works for film, television, and award winning commercials, including Culture Shock from the HBO TV series State of Play by director Peter Berg (Patriots Day, Deepwater Horizon) and Levitated Mass, the documentary on legendary sculptor Michael Heizer by Doug Pray (Hype!, Scratch, Surfwise).

CHRIS CAPRETTO - PRODUCER

Chris Capretto is from the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio—just like all those other nice people you know from Ohio. After getting an undergraduate degree in microbiology, he decided that working in a lab wasn't for him. A lifelong passion for filmmaking took him to the big city of Chicago in pursuit of film school. One rejection letter later, Chris began chasing work as a PA in the exciting world of table top commercial production while taking evening shifts at a nearby video shop to help cover the bills. 

An internship at a film camera rental house paved the way for a career in the camera department, and after a couple years, job offers finally lured him to Los Angeles. Chris worked as a camera assistant on everything from student shorts, small independent films, big budget features, episodic television and commercials until one day his surfing buddy suggested he interview at an advertising agency. That interview turned into a job as an agency producer, and gave him opportunities to make spots for brands like Nike, Coca-Cola, Chrysler, and Old Spice. 

Chris currently lives with his family in Portland and continues to make ads and films.

MATT HILBER - EDITOR

Matthew Hilber wanted to make a movie. Armed with nothing more than a DV camera, access to an iMac, and the complete willingness to embarrass himself, he and his best friend made that movie!  (It's not great.)  But it did lead Matthew to discover he loved editing.  So he's been happily doing that for the last 18 years with people like Will Ferrell, Tiger Woods, Humpty Dumpty, and now, all of his collaborators on Bronzed. SCHUYLER TELLEEN - PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Schuyler Telleen is an Emmy Award winning production designer, graphic designer and actor. He holds a degree from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington and studied at the School for Film and Television in New York City before moving to Los Angeles to cut his teeth in the film industry. In addition to his work as a member of IATSE Art Directors Guild Local 800 he has also had a successful acting career and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and studied at The Groundlings School in Los Angeles. Schuyler won his second Emmy Award for his art department contributions in 2016 while working on the Peabody Award winning project Portlandia. As a production designer Schuyler is a triple threat in commercials, single camera television and feature film.
